Your account was lucked because you tried to log in with a wrong password more than 5 times, You will have to
wait for more than five to log in again or click on forget password to reset your password.

    To reset your password:

  • Kindly go to the login page.
  • Click on 'forget password'.
  • Enter the phone number you register with.
  • If it exist in our database, an activation code will be send to your phone number and email in our database and
    you will be redirected to a page tp enter thr code you received and reset your password.

Your password should be case sensitive. This means that your password should typed in lowercase, i.e small case letters. Use a password you can easily remember.

No. You can not add more than one organisation.

    To edit your organisation details,

  • Go to your dashboard or click on 'Manage Profile
  • Scroll down to where your organisation details is displayed.
  • Click on the 'Edit Organisation' button.
  • Edit the details you want to change.
  • Click on the 'Add Organisation' button to save again

No. you can not enter your BVN and/or account details twice on the system. if you do so, you will not be able to
submit your application.

NO. You can not register with two different organisation. Only one organisation is allowed.

You can not edit your account details after you submitted it. Please check the account number and BVN before
submitting it.

Proof of Salary can be your bank Statement, payment advices of pay slips. you are expected to upload your
organisation's proof of last three (3) salaries paid to your employees.This document should be a Jpeg image or pdf
document.

If your Statement is more than 2MB. please use the available file compressor online to compress your file
size ( such as www.smallpdf.com. www.pdfcompreessor.com, or any other compressor).

Right click on the file document on your computer and click on properties. The file size will be displayed.

Kindly clear the cache of your browser and refresh the page again. Make sure your browser is up to date.
